with different clients and promote better professional development. Integration of Adam’s
theory in nursing is the best method to improve my personal belief since I shall be able to
engage with different persons and then promote effective patient treatment sessions. The
concept integrates careful study, knowledge assessment, and improvement in areas
concerning certain patient issues. Collaboration with other professionals will allow me to
promote patients’ health and wellbeing for healthcare settings that are known to deal with
patients’ expected treatment and ensuring all operations are tailored to deal with their health
conditions. My central belief is valid to engage with proper healthcare improvement
procedures since finding an approach to dealing with a patient is a constructive process in the
entire healthcare environment.
REFLECTIVE ANALYSIS CASE REPORT 3
Central Belief
Quality improvement offers a dependable method for dealing with care needs. I
believe in can be one of the best nurses after developing constant care processes for patients
and dealing with diverse care needs. Patient care is mandatory for all mental and physical
needs thus developing a structure adopted to care provisions is the best method for patient
expectations of the healthcare setting. Often during my healthcare research procedures, I
integrate research that assists me in seeking answers to questions all patients provide. A
critical healthcare procedure can be based on enhancing productive protocols for data
collection, improvement sessions, and working with experts in many healthcare fields.
Working with patients who engage in conversation is better as it offers a chance to integrate
doable ideas.
I believe performance of research and analysis of different care methods is the best
tactic for gaining nursing expertise for the ultimate healthcare improvement. Healthcare
environments need persons who can adjust to the prevailing conditions and thus serve
patients in required ways. I am a person who is always aware of critical behavioral
management since these influences me to engage better with my surrounding. Patient
assessment is thus valid to integrate knowledge about patient needs and increase careful study
of patient factors connecting them to their health needs at all times. The proposed DNP
project for this program is to improve patient communication with all healthcare providers to

ensure a productive patient experience. Improvement of all patients is crucial for their needs
since it facilitates an organizational culture focused on care improvement and attainment of
patients’ needs.
Influence of Personal Worldview on Patients
Patients can inform healthcare providers how they treatment process occurs, which is
an efficient method of enhancing the validity of all treatment methods that patients get

required to undergo. I believe my DNP project shall be a quality improvement process as it
adopts existing knowledge that healthcare providers possess to improve valid outcomes
during treatment procedures. There can be valid quality improvement processes for a
healthcare environment in terms of finding out how patients get exposed to diverse operations
and thus lead to a perspective about the quality of healthcare in certain areas. Substandard
healthcare management shall not be an issue after collaborating with healthcare stakeholders
whose expertise generates effective care handling (Specchia et al., 2021). This can be during
physician rounds, interaction with nurses, or physiotherapy sessions. These methods are
crucial in promoting better health services due to a structured approach to eliminating any
problems affecting patient treatment.
Problem-solving gets applied whenever a patient reports a negative experience, which
qualifies my proposed DNP project to be considered a quality improvement process.
Concepts that constitute the environment include hostility in a hospital where patients
complain about dealing with healthcare providers who lack compassion and a negative
atmosphere among healthcare professionals. It cannot be easy to establish proper care
outcomes in such scenarios. Analysis of the issues can explain that patients often feel
mentally drained when dealing with healthcare providers who do not care about their
wellbeing. Hostility among healthcare providers can occur when nurses clash with physicians
when choosing care methods suitable to their patients. In this regard, it gets hard to determine
holistic health management of patients depending on providers that spend more time with
them.
Personal View of Health
For every health proposal to work well, management of patient practice problems is
crucial, especially when there are difficulties when patients attempt to receive proper care for
their issues. Patients who lack suitable care often get readmitted to the hospital and spend a

lot of time improving their conditions. In terms of illness and health, lack of illness does not
necessarily mean a person is healthy (Rovesti et al., 2018). I believe health is focused on a
more holistic approach to dealing with the care that is mental, physical, and spiritual. Once all
these aspects get managed, there can be full health for the person involved. Integrating
Adam’s theory and working with persons conversant with healthcare is thus an equally
rewarding method for all healthcare stakeholders.

Nursing Leadership and Health
Delivering change is imperative since it ensures all patients receive care tailored to
their issues. Implementing proper mental improvement of patients is crucial since it allows
for effective management of their care delivery. A multidisciplinary approach gets adapted to
handle patient improvements using their issues, using mental improvement that builds
patients’ trust in their healthcare environments (Rooddehghan et al., 2019). Testing whether
healthcare providers developed change is possible by assessing patients after training sessions
for delivering change. Once change gets discovered, the proper patient experience would be
possible at all times and result in productive outcomes in the entire health environment.
REFLECTIVE ANALYSIS CASE REPORT 6
Conclusion
Quality improvement intervention would solve the issue by performing a data
collection exercise to find healthcare providers that often start a conflict. After the procedure,
a change management exercise would be performed using training to improve healthcare
providers’ expertise in handling patient issues and solving any identified issues. All health
management processes are processed with valid solutions using a structured approach to
handling change directed at all healthcare providers’ activities. Patients do need constant
engagement with healthcare providers depending on their conditions. After finding out the
need to serve healthcare stakeholders, all integral persons can offer ideas for facilitating care
improvements using structured approaches tailored to patient needs.
