Leading in management, first of all, is how someone uses influence to motivate the employees or members of a group in achieving the goals that an organization has set. Therefore I will ensure that every member willingly participates in every activity that we have put in a plan to achieve our goals. By doing this, I have planned to engage the other team members, which is an effective way of ensuring that the members work together to achieve what we have planned (Seale, 2021). Another way that I can lead towards effective management is through direct interaction with my employees, which is an easy way to motivate them. Providing enough education to the employees and keeping them aware of what happens within the organization will make them feel involved. The university’s policy on late assignments is a 10% penalty PER DAY LATE. This also applies to late DQ replies. Please communicate with me if you anticipate having to submit an assignment late.
