For the following drugs; atropine, bethanechol,
methylphenidate, and lorazepam complete a nursing process worksheet for each.
Each worksheet must be handwritten and include the following:

1. Areas of focus for two or more body systems and one area
of focus for psycho-social/lifestyle assessment.

2. Two nursing diagnosis (only one may be “at risk
for”) with common “as evidence by” to support the diagnosis.

3. Two Planning or outcome SMART goals. One is short-term
(within shift) and one long-term (before discharge or within one week).

4. More than four interventions related to giving the
medication.

5. Name a finding that would indicate the medication is
effective. Identify more than four follow-up assessments.

6. Name at least three patient education points regarding
this medication.
